Health of your Puppy

All puppies will have a full physical exam by a licensed veterinarian before going home with their new families. Our contract also requires you to bring your puppy to the vet within 72 hours of pick up for a full physical exam and fecal exam. This will help thoroughly establish that you have been sold a healthy pup. It will also get you established with your vet office and prepare you for follow up routine care such as puppy vaccinations. If your puppy is proven not to be healthy, we will be happy to take the puppy back and offer you a full refund of the purchase price. We will make every effort to work towards a healthy and happy outcome for you and your pup. Shipping Charges will not be refunded.

Spay and Neutering

Our contract requires all puppies to Spayed or Neutered between 4-6 months old. Verification will need to be mailed to us by the time the pup is 7 months old.

Shipping

Shipping will be approximately $250-$300. This includes Airfare, Crate, Required Heath Certificate, and Travel Expenses to the airport. Shipping arrangements are made one week in advance once the puppy is paid for in full. A folder will be attached to the crate that will in your puppys health record, a copy of the contract, and basic puppy care information. Also attached to the crate will be a small bag of food that the puppy is used to eating.
When picking your puppy up from the airport please be sure to have water on hand and clean bedding for the crate. Also remember to have your Confirmation number and Drivers license. DO NOT let your puppy run around anywhere at the airport or cargo area. Hundreds of puppys are shipped through there on a regular basis and it is a very high risk area to catch infectious diseases. We are not responsible for viruses or parasites the puppy can contract during the shipping process.
We request that you send us an e-mail as soon as you return home so we know the puppy has arrived OK.
